We work with institutions, communities, families and individuals to strengthen and restore genuine connections necessary to navigate the challenges of loss and the mysteries of renewal. We do so through bonding experiences, workshops, train-the-trainer events, individual coaching, and customized designs of community settings. We specialize in the <em>co-creative<\/em> process, which means we\u2019re part of your village, too.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);margin-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\"><span class=\"has-superb-addons-text-align-justify\">Our facilitators are trained in spiritual care, grief literacy, cooperative work, narrative design, and community building. We\u2019ve helped groups, caregivers, individuals, and families to understand their unique experiences of loss and grief, and carve out a path toward renewal.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size\"><span class=\"has-superb-addons-text-align-justify\">Co-Founders<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);margin-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\"><span class=\"has-superb-addons-text-align-justify\"><strong>Argerie Vasilakes, MEd MPOD<\/strong> is a community and organizational design leader, weaving strategy with care to help groups flourish. Trained in Positive Organization Development (Case Western Reserve University) and Adult Education (Cleveland State University), she has guided culture change and grief work by strengthening the village of support in both for-profit and mission-oriented communities.&nbsp; In March 2026, her co-authored book chapter, <em>Early Innovators for Environmental Sustainability<\/em>, will be published &#8212; it describes her role centering well-being in a company&#8217;s sustainability efforts. As a community radio producer early in her career, Argerie learned how to get to the essence of people&#8217;s personal stories &#8212; a skill she brings to her listening and writing.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);margin-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\"><span class=\"has-superb-addons-text-align-justify\"><span class=\"has-superb-addons-text-align-justify\"><strong>Priscilla Callos, MDiv BCC (ret.) CT<\/strong> is a thanatologist and chaplain, with degrees in English from The Ohio State University and Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology, and an executive certificate in Social Innovation Design from the University of Pennsylvania. Her experience in palliative and end-of-life work spans the country: she brought her brand of empathy, creativity, and offbeat ritual to patients and staff alike in Burlington (Vt.), Boston, Cleveland, Columbus, and San Francisco. She currently works with an archdiocesan initiative to make Eastern Orthodox religious spaces more accessible to disabled and neurodivergent people.
